| Preparation | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with NovaFluorTM Red 685 under optimal conditions. |
| Storage & Handling | While NovaFluor™-conjugated antibodies are bench-stable for at least 2 weeks, we recommend storing the antibody solution undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
| Blocking | All NovaFluor conjugated antibodies come with either a 25 tests or 100 tests volume of NovaBlock™ specifically formulated to block the non-specific binding of NovaFluor™ labels as well as PE and APC tandems observed with macrophages and monocytes. The blocking solution requires no change to current workflows (5 minutes of blocking prior to staining). |
