| Preparation | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with NovaFluorTM Blue 610-30S under optimal conditions. |
| Storage & Handling | While NovaFluorTM-conjugated antibodies are bench-stable for at least 2 weeks, we recommend storing the antibody solution undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
| Application | Flow Cytometry. Every lot of fluorescent label and every antibody is tested using immunofluorescent staining + flow cytometry analysis. |
| Blocking | All NovaFluor conjugated antibodies come with either a 25 or 100 tests size of NovaBlockTM solution specifically formulated to block the non-specific binding of NovaFluorTM labels as well as PE and APC tandems observed with macrophages and monocytes. The blocking solution requires no change to current workflows (5 minutes of blocking prior to staining). |
