NovaBlock™ Monoyte Blocking buffer

Description

We have developed a proprietary solution, NovaBlock™ Monoyte blocking buffer, which has been specifically formulated to block the non-specific binding of NovaFluor™ labels, PE and APC tandems (PE-Dazzle™ 594, PE-Cy5, PE-Cy7, APC-Cy7 and APC-Fire™ 750) observed with macrophages and monocytes. The blocking solution requires no change to current workflows (5 min blocking step before staining).

NovaBlock™ does not replace Fc blocking, but rather prevents blocking of Cy-based dyes and NovaFluor™ labels to monocytes.
